Northwestern Medicine Sports Medicine and Imaging Center Evanston offers you and your family access to several specialty services including diagnostic and breast imaging, orthopaedics, physical therapy and sports medicine.
Parking and Transportation
A public parking garage is available a half block north of the clinic on the west side of Maple Avenue. Metered street parking is also available on Evanston Street. Pease consider that many appointments could exceed the 30-minute parking limit.
The Metra’s Union Pacific North line stops at Davis Street, which is just across the street from the Maple Avenue location.
