Northwestern Medicine is committed to reducing the risk of exposure to our patients and our staff to COVID-19 (coronavirus). As a result, if you have a fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory symptoms at this time, we ask that you schedule an electronic visit to connect directly with an Immediate Care Center healthcare provider.

At Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care, we will do our best to start your e-visit within 15 minutes of your scheduled time.

  • Cold and flu symptoms
  • Allergies

  • A minor injury or accident
  • Nausea
