No appointment? No problem. Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care provides care when you need it, without a trip to the emergency department. McHenry is staffed by licensed physicians who are trained to evaluate and treat a variety of medical conditions in both adult and pediatric patients. We treat minor illnesses, minor accidents and skin conditions.

Online Check-In and Appointments

Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care will do its best to see you when you arrive. However, if there are patients with a more serious issue ahead of you, they may be seen first. Since you have made the effort to make a reservation, we will make a sincere effort to honor it.

All clinics offer care for minor illnesses and injuries. No appointment is necessary. Walk-in services are always available. Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care Centers do not treat patients less than 6 months of age.
