Overview
One of Chicago’s largest medical practices, Northwestern Medical Group is a primary and multi-specialty group of employed physicians with more than 1,000 physicians and other healthcare professionals with expertise in roughly 40 medical specialties and sub-specialties. Our location at the Lake Forest Hospital offers a world-class environment, designed to create an exceptional experience for patients and physicians. The welcoming environment is supported by state-of-the-art technology and access to medical services throughout Northwestern Medicine.
Parking and Transportation
The hospital Main Entrance is located at 1000 North Westmoreland Road. Both valet and self-parking options are available in Parking Lots 1 and 2.
Patients of the Cancer Center can use the hospital’s dedicated North Entrance and Parking Lot 1.
The Emergency Department and Maternity Services are located inside the hospital’s South Entrance. A circle drive can be used for patient drop-off, while close self-parking is available in Lot 3.
Patient parking for the Bays and McGaw medical office buildings is located just east of the McGaw Medical Building. Patients and visitors can also park in a new lot adjacent to the 700 building.
As always, patients and visitors to the medical office buildings are encouraged to take advantage of our complimentary valet service, located at the main hospital and the main entrances of the Bays (900) and the McGaw (800) Medical Buildings.
Valet Parking is complimentary and available during the following hours:
- 900 Building Entrance 7:30 am–5:00 pm
- 800 Building Entrance 7:30 am–5:00 pm
- Hospital Main Entrance 5:30 am–5:00 pm
