Northwestern Medicine Mokena offers you and your entire family access to comprehensive, individualized care in one convenient setting. Our services include primary care, including family medicine, specialty care like gynecology, imaging and an Immediate Care Center.
Our Immediate Care Center has extended hours, virtual visits and online reservations. We provide care when you need it. We treat minor illnesses, injuries and skin conditions. We also offer vaccinations, X-rays, lab orders and tests.

From I-80 East, take Exit 145 (South La Grange Road) and travel south on South La Grange Road/US-45 for 3.4 miles. Turn right onto US-30 and travel north for 2.4 miles. Turn left onto Owens Road and the NM Mokena Site will be on your right.
From I-80 West, take Exit 137 (US-30 E/Maple Ave) and travel East on US-30 E/Maple Ave for 5.2 miles. Turn right onto Owens Road and the NM Mokena Site will be on your right.
