Our team provides Nutrition Counseling, known as Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for the following services, but not limited to:

*If you are a patient receiving services at our Lake Forest Hospital Cancer Center, please make an appointment with the Oncology Outpatient Dietitian.
