Overview
Northwestern Medicine Old Irving Park Outpatient Center offers you and your family access to comprehensive, individualized care in one convenient location. Both primary and specialty care is provided by physicians who are part of Northwestern Medical Group. They also serve on the medical staff of Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
Our Immediate Care Center has extended hours, virtual visits and online reservations. We provide care when you need it. We treat minor illnesses, injuries and skin conditions. We also offer vaccinations, X-rays, lab orders and tests.
Parking and Transportation
Parking is available at no cost to patients in the on-site garage. Please ask to have your parking ticket validated at the concierge desk or one of the registration desks.
There are charging stations for eight electric vehicles available.
