Overview
Our family medicine and internal medicine physicians offer diagnosis and treatment for everything from the common cold to chronic illnesses, in addition to routine screenings, annual check-ups, and other preventive medicine services to keep you and your family healthy. Both primary and specialty care is provided by physicians who are part of Northwestern Medical Group and who serve on the medical staff of Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Paid parking is available to staff and patients at Sherman Plaza Self-Park located at Davis Street and Benson Avenue.

Northwestern Medicine primary care physicians are specialists in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics who serve patients as a first point of contact in health care. Primary care physicians also take ongoing responsibility for a patient’s comprehensive health and well-being, including preventive, chronic, and acute care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
