Overview
Our family medicine physicians offer diagnosis and treatment for everything from the common cold to chronic illnesses, in addition to routine screenings, annual check-ups, and other preventive medicine services to keep you and your family healthy.
Care is provided by physicians who are part of Regional Medical Group and who serve on the medical staff of Northwestern Memorial Hospital and/or Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital.

Directions
From I-80 East, take Exit 145 (South La Grange Road) and travel south on South La Grange Road/US-45 for 3.4 miles. Turn right onto US-30 and travel north for 2.4 miles. Turn left onto Owens Road and the NM Mokena Site will be on your right.
From I-80 West, take Exit 137 (US-30 E/Maple Ave) and travel East on US-30 E/Maple Ave for 5.2 miles. Turn right onto Owens Road and the NM Mokena Site will be on your right.
