Effective immediately, we have changed our credit card payment process for durable medical equipment (DME).

To help ensure your privacy and security, please select one of these payment options:

• Pay online using the link on your billing statement.
• Scan the QR code on your billing statement.
• Pay by phone Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Central time, by calling 833.982.0694 (TTY: 711).

The online payment portal is not connected to your MyNM patient portal. In MyNM, you will not see:

• Payments or balances due for durable medical equipment.
