Symptoms of Gastric Cancer

People in the early stages of gastric cancer often have no symptoms. When symptoms do occur, they may include:

  • Vomiting
  • Heartburn
  • Indigestion
  • Mild nausea
  • Loss of appetite
  • Unexplained weight loss
  • Blood in your stool or vomit
  • Pain in the abdomen or belly button area
  • Feeling full after eating only a small amount
