Genetic Testing

Genetic Testing

Genetic testing is performed by collecting a blood sample, saliva sample or cheek swab. The sample is sent to a laboratory for analysis, and results are issued in three to four weeks. When results are available, your genetic counselor will contact you to review them and discuss what they mean for you and your family.
