The two-dose Pfizer vaccine is available at select Northwestern Medicine Primary Care sites for:

• First, second and third doses
• NO booster vaccinations

Vaccinations are offered to those 12 and older at most locations. The following locations only offer vaccines for those 18 and older:

• Northwestern Medicine General Internal Medicine Clinic, Galter Pavilion, 18th Floor
• Northwestern Medicine Primary Care, Lavin Pavilion, Suite 2150

You must be a current Northwestern Medicine patient. You do not need to be a patient at the clinic where you get the vaccine.

All Primary Care locations require an appointment. A physician’s order is not required to schedule an appointment. Please schedule by calling the location where you wish to receive your vaccine.
