Help for Those Who Do Not Have Insurance

If you have recently lost access to health insurance due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are programs available to assist you.

Northwestern Medicine will begin holding virtual educational presentations for Northwestern Memorial Hospital COVID-19 patients who have been discharged.

Clinical Trials

Interested in participating in or learning more about a clinical trial? Northwestern Medicine is participating in a number of local, regional and national clinical trials.

Chicago Travel Quarantine

Northwestern Medicine visitors who travel to or arrive from a high-risk state are required to quarantine for a 14-day period. If you are coming to Northwestern Memorial Hospital or one of its outpatient facilities for your own care, the quarantine rule does not apply.

Classes and Events Updates

To ensure the health and safety of class attendees, visitors and staff in our hospitals and clinics, Northwestern Medicine has postponed or created virtual patient and community classes and events. This includes educational offerings, support groups and physician lectures. Please contact the clinical department offering the class or event to determine the current status.

Vendor Restrictions

Vendors and partners will have restricted access to our facilities until further notice. This includes postponement of in-person sales demonstrations and meetings in all Northwestern Medicine facilities. Learn about exceptions and our recommendations.
