I understand that Online Check-in is not to be used for life threatening conditions. I do not believe that the patient's condition is life threatening. In case of life threatening conditions, I understand that I must call 911 immediately or proceed directly to the nearest emergency room for immediate medical attention. What does this mean?

Phone call visits are available for patients without a smart device or computer. If you have further questions, call the Immediate Care location nearest you.

We recommend Virtual Visits for these conditions:

  • Cough and cold symptoms
  • Flu symptoms
  • Headache
  • Lower back pain
  • Minor injuries and accidents
  • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
  • Pink eye

  • Sore throat
  • Urinary tract infection*

*Patients may be asked to be seen in office.

If your condition is not listed above, we recommend that you make an in-office reservation.

 

Pediatric Visits

Virtual visits are offered for patients five years and older. Your physician or advanced practice provider may still require an in-office visit for your child if a physical evaluation is needed. If your child is under five years, make an in-office reservation.
