Immediate Care Virtual Visits

A virtual visit allows you to talk with an Immediate Care physician or advanced practice provider over video chat for select conditions rather than having an in-person visit. If you’re unsure what care you need, our Symptom Checker can point you in the right direction.

Terms and Conditions

I understand that Online Check-in is not to be used for life threatening conditions. I do not believe that the patient's condition is life threatening. In case of life threatening conditions, I understand that I must call 911 immediately or proceed directly to the nearest emergency room for immediate medical attention. What does this mean?

I consent to be contacted by email, and understand that the email may contain sensitive, personal health information. I understand that email messages have inherent privacy risks and that information may be seen or accessible to others during transmission. Read our privacy policy.

How virtual visits work:

1
We send you a meeting link via text message.
2
Open the meeting link on a computer or smart device.
3
Begin your Virtual Visit over video with an Immediate Care physician or advanced practice provider.

Phone call visits are available for patients without a smart device or computer. If you have further questions, call the Immediate Care location nearest you.

We recommend Virtual Visits for these conditions:

  • Allergies
  • Cough and cold symptoms
  • Flu symptoms
  • Headache
  • Lower back pain
  • Minor injuries and accidents
  • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
  • Pink eye
  • Sinus pain
  • Sore throat
  • Urinary tract infection*

*Patients may be asked to be seen in office.

If your condition is not listed above, we recommend that you make an in-office reservation.

Pediatric Visits

Virtual visits are offered for patients two years and older. Your physician or advanced practice provider may still require an in-office visit for your child if a physical evaluation is needed. If your child is under two years, make an in-office reservation.
