Immediate Care Virtual Visits

A virtual visit lets you talk with an Immediate Care Center physician or advanced practice provider over video for certain health issues instead of having an in-person visit. You may be able to schedule a visit after our Immediate Care Centers are closed. You must physically be in Illinois during the virtual visit. I understand that Online Check-in is not to be used for life threatening conditions. I do not believe that the patient's condition is life threatening. In case of life threatening conditions, I understand that I must call 911 immediately or proceed directly to the nearest emergency room for immediate medical attention. What does this mean?

Phone call visits are available for patients without a smart device or computer. If you have further questions, call the Immediate Care location nearest you.

A virtual visit can be helpful for:

  • Allergies
  • Cold and cough symptoms
  • Flu or COVID-19 symptoms
  • Sinus pain
  • Sore throat
  • Minor injuries (with pain lasting less than one week)
  • Diarrhea
  • Pink eye
  • Urinary symptoms* (no vaginal or gynecological complaints)
  • Rash, bite or sting

*Patients may be asked to be seen in office.

If your condition is not listed above, we recommend that you make an in-person reservation.

 

Pediatric Visits

We offer virtual visits for patients 5 years and older. Your physician or advanced practice provider may still require an in-person visit for your child if they need a physical evaluation.

If your child is younger than five years, you must make an in-person reservation.
