The fact that Dr. Koshy is monitoring my adrenal gland, and is ready to act if there ever was another warning sign that would draw attention, is ENOUGH for the highest score. But she also gets a bonus "Thumbs Up" for noting a different "ALERT" from my returned Lab Report, and immediately took action and gave me new instructions.
