5.0 star star star star starDr. Kapur ordered an X-ray today that really put my mind at ease. I was so afraid that I had cancer. He said "let's put your mind at ease, you don't need an added stress right now". He sent me down to customer service right after my appointment, I only waited 10 minutes, and got the xray. He called me his self a couple of hours later to tell me that the xray did not show any abnormalities. I've never had that experience to get a call right from the doctor. He's extremely sensitive and generous with his time. Thank you again Dr. Kapur

5.0 star star star star starAt both of my appointments with Dr. Kapur he has been very kind, thoughtful, thorough, and gentle. He asks questions and performs tests to get information without judgment. I find him to be caring and trustworthy. (Again, I never use the option "extremely.")

5.0 star star star star starAgain, Dr. Kapur is a doctor who cares about his patients. He has compassion and he is very thorough. He talks to his patients and not at them. He did inform me that my pain was not neurological, which is a blessing. I am very grateful to have discovered this. I initially scheduled the appointment with Dr. Kapur because of how well he examined my sister while at her appointment with him. He was very helpful and responsive. And for that, I will always be appreciative to him.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
