5.0 star star star star starBrenda was able to get answers needed from my primary doctor and we were able to put together an immediate plan that included meds on site and a prescription. My main goal was to determine the cause and rectify, which Brenda facilitated with positive input and support.

5.0 star star star star starShe clearly described the risk factors for my injury and why I should seek emergency help and also gave me the results of indicative tests to put my mind at ease even though I had to seek additional care for a confirmatory diagnosis with imaging.

5.0 star star star star starBrenda is the best APRN I have encountered after several visits to this location. She is very knowledgeable and she remembered treating me a few days prior. She as dedicated to figuring out exactly what was wrong. Brenda was also gentle and understanding when it came to my anxiety in medical situations. She was exceptionally thorough in her explanation of what I was experiencing and how she was determined to go about treating it. She also quelled my future concerns about my ailment. Truly, I would go back to Brenda every time.

5.0 star star star star starVery knowledgeable. I was first person seen today. Then she informed I was to go to third floor for xray, but would not have a long wait when I returned. She was so right!! Correctly, kept me informed. Well done, Brenda!!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
