5.0 star star star star starHe discussed my after care. Gave me guidelines to follow in order to improve my condition and reduce any need for further care. He was able to stop me from having another ER visit and allowed me to be able to administer my care as well as what I should look for in case my condition worsened

5.0 star star star star starMichael Villwock listened to my rather long explanation and checked me thoroughly. His concern for my issue and accident was very genuine. He addressed all possible medical issues and suggested I have a CT Scan to alleviate any concern for possible bleeding in the area of my head that was injured. He was kind enough to arrange to have it in another area of the immediate care facility. I met with him again after the CT scan where he reassured me there was no bleeding present and I think he was as relieved as I was to hear that. I would recommend this facility to everyone I know. The staff should be commended for their service.

5.0 star star star star starEvery single staff member was so nice to me despite it being Christmas. They were there on Christmas Day to help the sick and they not only did it, but had smiles on their faces and were just so gracious and kind. Evette checked me in and she was one of the kindest people I've met. The nurse was lovely and even offered me a water when I said my throat was dry. The nurse practitioner took the time to sit with me and go through all of my symptoms thoroughly. He listened to me. He did the tests and followed up promptly. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

5.0 star star star star starMichael and Tracy were rockstars handling our 8 year old with her unique reason she was there. We can't say enough how pleased we were with the Service. I hope this review finds them to show them how appreciative we are.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
