Once again, I was told she did workers comp cases for the final steps when I made the appointment and found her on the federal ECOMP list through the federal department of labor web site. Did not get the service I needed.

Very good doctor! Totally recommend it. Only one problem, i had short term disability paperwork to fill out, and Dr. Anis told me that she doesnâ€™t do that, and to give it to my PCP. And my PCP told me she want do it either, for the reason that she didnâ€™t see me with this illness. Now I donâ€™t know what to do.
