5.0 star star star star starI think Dr. Mcgee, is an excellent doctor. He always takes time and explained everything to me. He listens to anything I have to say and even if I need to contact him I can use my chart or the phone and he always gets back to me. I have great confidence in his ability.

2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderDid not like the way he approached my care. I agreed on some aspects but felt dismissed on multiple issues. Did not appreciate his comments about my weight and exercise ability even when I explained to him what the reason was for that.

2.0 star star star_border star_border star_borderThe doctor isn’t really that helpful. He pretty much “passed the buck” on most of the issues I presented, rather than offering actual solutions. Staff I’ve communicated with (specifically Andrea Early) always seems short and offers limited help. Any communication with the office seems to be a nuisance to them. No one there seems all that concerned with ME - just with getting the job done. It’s called “care.”

5.0 star star star star starThe nurse and the doctor that saw me today were e I was not in the best mood today and they did not feed into my negativity which made me feel like a heel, and realize they were only there trying to help me so that's the reason for my score

5.0 star star star star starDoctor McGee is caring, professional and excellent with his patients. He took the time to answer all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed. If all doctors were this way there would be many happy patients. I would highly recommend him as a doctor.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
