Appointment was scheduled for 9am and started at 9am! Crista was efficient, competent and knowledgeable. Crista answered my questions and gave a thorough summary of my test results. Crista gave the impression that she was willing to spend the necessary time to ensure that I understood my results and any future follow up. In addition, she was gracious and friendly. She is an asset to Dr. [ ] and the neurological group. Thank you.

Dr. [ ] and Dr. Crista were exceptional. All the other doctors and nurses I encountered were amazing. And even the Food service staff and housekeeping staff during my hospital stay were awesome. Iâ€™m really blown away with the service Iâ€™ve received at Northwestern Medicine.
