5.0 star star star star starI felt the physician was familiar with the reason for my appointment when she came in. She did not rush at all in discussing my case. She explained her recommendation's for testing and why. I felt she respected my input.

5.0 star star star star starSo many positives, but top five: 1) really took the time to listen, explain, and answer questions 2) loved that she would share what she was seeing in the images and data, potential meaning, and next steps/why those steps 3) great hand-out for after visit summary and things I could do to help 4) very knowledgeable doctor, easily pivots as questions are asked while tying all the data together in a very understandable manner 5) her staff was also great and clearly enjoy working with her!

5.0 star star star star starShe reviews my data, makes recommendations that have benefited me and patiently explains technical terms (like diuretic) in detail that I did/do not understand. She is proactive in authorizing upcoming medication expirations. She allows for any time I need to understand the process.

5.0 star star star star starE.D. is an uncomfortable subject which she treats in a respectful and comfortable manner. I can speak in specific detail which makes me feel confident that she fully understands my concerns and symptoms.

5.0 star star star star starProfessional, considerate and very understanding. She patiently listened as I described the symptoms in my naive, juvenile terminology then provided understandable, common terminology explanations of possible causes and alternative treatments.

5.0 star star star star starShe is very easy to speak to, she's informative and goes the extra mile when we talk about the ins and outs outs of what's happening with me in terms of urology, my symptoms and general medical health. What I like is she looks at the data she has on the screen ( how many cc of fluid I have in my bladder for instance), the other data she has, pauses asks a question or two, listens and then makes a reasonable suggestion and or statement. She thinks.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
