5.0 star star star star starHis expertise and knowledge of my issue provided me assurance. In such a short time, Dr. Stover earned my trust in something I was fearful in proceeding to do. The outcome was more than I expected and I’m grateful for having decided upon this long recovery surgery.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Stover is one of the few surgeons I know that really listen to me, and take my opinion and concerns into account. He adapted the surgery procedure and the type of anestesia to avoid the problems I was concerned.

5.0 star star star star starHe and his team have given me surgical results I still find hard to believe. They've changed my life, and have done so with friendly faces, expert execution and great "bedside manner" (though my hip replacement was done on an out-patient basis!). Don't suffer, get help from this amazing surgical group.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Stover gave me the option of trying to heal my broken femur without surgery. He explained all the options and their pros and cons and helped me make the decision. Once we decided to try healing without surgery, he guided the process with great care and attention and was there for me every step of the way. I'm so grateful to him for his knowledge, compassion and professional approach to the problem. He is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him.

4.0 star star star star star_borderExcellent surgeon, but bedside manner can be improved. Left me on on the exam bed during my 6-week post op with my crutches on the other side of the room. Had to almost crawl across the floor to get to them.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
