5.0 star star star star starVery helpful and explains stuff so you can understand along with exploring other avenues to help her patient feel comfortable. What I liked about her was she was in the middle of procedures and came in to see me even before a fellow saw me so I wouldn't have to wait in the room for her

5.0 star star star star starDr. Roybal was very engaged during my visit. She thoroughly explained what she believed may be the causes for my symptoms and offered options for care. Dr. Roybal was very informative and clearly interested in my well-being!

5.0 star star star star starI have been seeing Dr Roybal for some time now and she is always interested in my pain health and offers suggestions as well as listens to my questions and responds to them. I like her bedside manner.

5.0 star star star star starMy doctor, Alejandra, and the doctor who works junior to her are very good doctors. She speaks my language, so we understand each other better. She answers my questions, and I answer theirs, and they work with me so I feel better and have less pain. That's why I want my doctor, Alexandra, with me.

5.0 star star star star starThey are listed above. My problem with Northwestern in general is the length of time it takes to get ANY appointment. The decline in availability has been precipitous over the last few years. I have started trying other hospitals to see if I can see a doctor sooner.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
