She was so wonderful with my 1 year old son. Doing everything she could to keep him calm and make it less scary for him. She was super reassuring and validating to a scared mom as well! She saw him quickly knowing how distressed and uncomfortable he was, and was able to get him diagnosed and medications sent over right away.

She was very thorough and if it weren't for her, we would not have thought of the steroid when she said it I was like lightbulb moment that's exactly what I need to knock this out... normally I need 10 days of anabiotic and a steroid. Sadly, it sucks.

I've never had a nurse practitioner provide me the service that she provided me. She wasn't only the NP. She was a medical assistant doing two jobs at once and it didn't seem to bother her even when I asked, don't you have a medical assistant all she said was "sometimes"
