Fantastic! My daughter felt awful and has high anxiety around medical visits and especially throat cultures. She took her time, explained the options available, and even gave her a hug when she started crying. We've said no fewer than five times in the past 8 hours just how nice she was.

Erin went above and beyond in her care for me during and after my visit. I came in to the appointment concerned and embarrassed; she treated me with dignity and assurance, following up with me after hours to make sure I understood the treatment plan and had what I needed. Given the recent changes in health care systems and protocols, I was amazed at the personalized care I received at an urgent care facility, no less. Any patient would be lucky to benefit from Erin's care.
