5.0 star star star star starDr Stern was great, he did everything to get me to feel better soon, by taking the time to examine me and order all the necessary tests to get a diagnosis. Not like the doctor or physician assistant that took care of my daughter couple of days before me and didn’t test her for anything, just did x-rays, even though she asked to be tested for Covid and the flu, but they told her she had no symptoms, like they don’t know some people have no symptoms and have Covid. Instead they sent her to the ER, where she was for more than seven hours (fortunately they did blood work, Covid and the flu). After more than seven hours she left because there were 9 people ahead of her waiting for a room, but they told her she could see the tests results in her chart and she did and she was positive for influenza A. If they had tested her when she went there she would going home without any medication and avoided more than seven hours at the ER. I was very disappointed with the service she received, after telling them how sick she was feeling. Thank God I was very lucky to get Dr Stern. You should have more doctors like him and his nurse.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
