5.0 star star star star starAs a former immediate care physician, I know what to expect about care at this site. NP Kozhevnokova was excellent. She did exactly what needed doing and did a wonderful job explaining everything.

5.0 star star star star starGalina was excellent. She listened, clarified where there might have been some confusion, conducted a thorough exam and explained her conclusions and plan to me. She made me feel like she knew what she was doing and she cared about me.

5.0 star star star star starGalina was very thoughtful, patient and kind when caring for my toddler. She was able to quickly diagnose his reason for having a fever and just as quickly prescribed antibiotics for him to recover. She provided me with insights into the antibiotics (stating the pharmacy may only have the pill version, not the liquid version and helped problem solve this when the pharmacy didn't carry what she had hoped to prescribe). She was also thoughtful in having me check if my pharmacy was still open for the evening to ensure my toddler got one dose of antibiotics in before bed. My pharmacy was closed so she routed the prescription to a 24/7 pharmacy instead. Galina was exceptional!

5.0 star star star star starExcellent bedside manner. I appreciated all the help and expertise. Having a recent encounter with another provider at Endeavor who was less than kind and compassionate, makes me appreciate the care I got at NM even more. Thank you.

5.0 star star star star starAs mentioned above she explained the tests we would complete and checked in to see how I was doing. She also reviewed the prescription and the OTC medications I could use as well.......thank you!

5.0 star star star star starShe was extremely knowledgable and caring. Ms. Kozhevnikova sat down directly in front of my mom, who is 82 y/o, and really looked and listened to her. When my mom left, she was so grateful and told me she finally felt heard by a doctor.

5.0 star star star star starGalina is just want the medical profession needs. She genuinely cares for her patients, she listens and is very compassionate. She brings back that "old school " doctor care- like when they used to come to your house

5.0 star star star star starShe was amazing so gentle and kind. Very knowledgeable. I felt very assured when I left that my issues were properly diagnosed and taken care of. I wish she could be my regular PA that I could see on a regular basis.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
