Galina was very thoughtful, patient and kind when caring for my toddler. She was able to quickly diagnose his reason for having a fever and just as quickly prescribed antibiotics for him to recover. She provided me with insights into the antibiotics (stating the pharmacy may only have the pill version, not the liquid version and helped problem solve this when the pharmacy didn't carry what she had hoped to prescribe). She was also thoughtful in having me check if my pharmacy was still open for the evening to ensure my toddler got one dose of antibiotics in before bed. My pharmacy was closed so she routed the prescription to a 24/7 pharmacy instead. Galina was exceptional!
