Emily, the NM Thoracic Surgery Tech was intelligent and articulate. Emily did provide ongoing care needs information. Also her assessment was understandable. Emily also shared the images of my heart procedure and gave understandable knowledge transfer of what the images showed and meant. I felt comfortable with her care and attention to detail. Overall, I would be happy to meet with her again and will recommend Emily to colleagues.
