Highly recommend Cynthia H. Leaker, APRN, CNP for care! From the moment I walked in, she exuded warmth and professionalism. Her bedside manner was exceptional - she took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Not only did she demonstrate thorough knowledge and expertise in her field, but she also made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. I left the urgent care feeling reassured and well taken care of. Cynthia's compassionate approach truly sets her apart, and I wouldn't hesitate to seek her care again in the future.

I felt so cared for during my entire visit and Cynthia was wonderful and kind. She was so knowledgeable and thorough and made me feel reassured. This was easily the best urgent care visit I've ever had, at a time when I was incredibly sick, and I am so thankful for Cynthia's care.

The providers I worked with (Cyndy and Kyle) took time to understand my medical history and priorities, showed genuine concern about ensuring I get back to full health swiftly, and worked with me to develop a care plan that aligns with my lifestyle. Cyndy showed concern for many aspects of my health and lifestyle, and I am grateful that she prioritized treating the root cause of my symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves. Before I left, we discussed my care plan together - both to ensure I was happy with the plan and that I understood exactly what I need to do and why I need to do it. I felt heard and understood. I am thankful for the service I had today and the great experience I had this clinic; I would highly recommend Cyndy as a provider.
