The Provider I seen took very good care of me and showed she cared about my health. She also was very welcoming and helpful and answered all of my questions. We need more provider like Cynthia H. Leaker .!! Thank you for being the true meaning of patient care in the medical field. I will be back if I ever fell ill again.

I felt like Cynthia truly was advocating for my best interests in efforts to minimize further issues. Cynthia was thorough and provided a detailed explanation of my situation, was a good listener, took the time to understand where I'm at, and clearly communicated the next steps with an emphasis of taking a cautious approach to give time to heal and hopefully still be able to run the Chicago Marathon in October.

Cindy went the extra mile to make sure my daughter was comfortable. She explained the treatment options and the pros and cons to each. She also chose an alternate pharmacy for my daughter's prescriptions after checking the hours of operation and noting that our preferred pharmacy was closed. She was also incredibly kind and patient with my daughter. She left two messages before her shift ended to ensure that we received the MyChart update and didn't have any questions. Couldn't have had a better experience.
