Pinki Patel, APRN, CNP was very honest and very knowledgeable took the time to explain, the possibilities and issues with what was going on medically for myself. Thankfully she listened as well and allowed me to advocate for myself and knowing my body and having experienced the issue before, even though it was in an early stage I was trying to catch it before it got worse to take care of myself and the antibiotics started working with in the 8 hours of use.
