5.0 star star star star starAndrea was professional, friendly, quick to make suggestions for symptom relief and clearly outlined next steps. I told her what ICC I would get my labs at and she suggested the time of day to go when the wait would be the shortest.

5.0 star star star star starShe was very friendly and personable. She was also very thoughtful and detailed in her assessment and diagnosis. She went above and beyond to ensure any secondary condition would not be missed (i.e. x-ray). I appreciated that, and felt good about my visit with her, and look forward to feeling better quickly with her prescribed medication.

5.0 star star star star starMs Navratil, PA-C, was extremely professional, thorough, and very detailed in treating me. She asked me questions to make sure she understood exactly what was going on with me, she made sure she understood my history, by reading the notes in MYChart, and examining me thoroughly. When I needed x-rays, she had multiple health care specialists read the x-rays and then she made sure that she provided me a treatment that addressed my symptoms and what I needed to do to follow up and continue with my treatment. I was in a lot of pain but felt so reassured that I had a health care provider who was taking care of me 110%. I felt her care of me was extremely thorough and excellent!

5.0 star star star star starI explained my problem: I was hearing my heartbeat and my right ear. She cleaned the wax out of both ears which I needed. Then she gave me information which will allow me to contact a doctor who specializes in ear and throat problems.

5.0 star star star star starShe was wonderful. Easy to talk too, not too much either. Address my health issues correctly, quickly, and efficiently. I was feeling better before I left the office, and much much better each day following.

5.0 star star star star starPA Navratil has empathy and genuine care for her patients. I was feeling so low due to my illness. She was so attentive while listening to my health concerns. She diagnosed correctly as in what is going on and explained it to me in simple terms. It made me feel absolutely comfortable and relieved . She then prescribed the right medicines. After 5-6 days, the medicines have worked great and I am doing much better.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
