5.0 star star star star starAndrea was great! I needed stitches in a finger and Andrea was great at explaining what she was going to do and why. She distracted me while administering lidocaine which was super helpful. She did a nice job placing the stitches and I was in and out in 35 minutes.

5.0 star star star star starAndrea was a super helpful. She was super through with what was happening during the appt and with follow up instructions. She had great bedside manner and made me feel as ease. This was my 2nd visit at this urgent care in 2 days but Andrea made the visit quick and pleasant. She's dope.

5.0 star star star star starAndrea was very thorough and diligent. She gave excellent care, explained what kind of infection I likely have, and made a plan for treatment that took into account holiday hours at my pharmacy. Very thoughtful.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Navratil saw me for my eye conditions. She was super patient and caring. I had tremendous pain due to chemical burn of cornea and she did the exam with gentleness, immediately noticed I couldn't open my eyes for the exam due to pain and gave me a drop of anesthesia, which helped greatly. I think my case was a bit "unusual" and she went out to discuss with her colleagues and came back to me with a more confirmed conclusion, which I actually appreciate, because some doctors I met at other places would do that in front of the me and it sometimes makes me nervous. She also tried to arrange me into eye specialists at Northwestern (in downtown Chicago) but they didn't have an opening at the moment, so she helped to search for other clinics and schedule an appointment for me. It was great help, because I myself couldn't open my eyes and thus I wasn't able to do any of it. The medicines she prescribed me also did great help. The next day my eyes were feeling much better. Dr. Navratil spent almost 3 hours on me, patient and kind throughout. It was not just great medical care but also great "people" care. Would highly recommend her!

5.0 star star star star starShe explains everything in a clear manner and answers questions with patience and empathy. With 3 fractured ribs, she explained that only pain medication can be used, plus breathing exercises etc., plus to follow up with my primary phycisian for pain management. Really good experience and it makes a patient feel confident that they are in good hands!

5.0 star star star star starSo warm and kind, made me feel seen and respected. Answered all of my questions without judgement, offered plenty of solutions for my ailment. Also took the time to connect with me as a human, not just as a patient. Loved them, I wish them all the success in the world.
