5.0 star star star star starCannot say enough good things about this appointment. Gregory Cook, CNP was knowledgeable, encouraged me to ask questions, explained everything thoroughly and really cared. I left feeling like I had a good plan forward and no longer hopeless. I truly appreciate the time Gregory Cook put into this appointment.

5.0 star star star star starRob was attentive, answered all my questions and explained my situation clearly. He took his time assessing my case, it was clear he studied my case prior to me entering the room which was refreshing.

5.0 star star star star starGreg gave me a lot of insights on topics such as: interpretation of my results and understanding which metrics are the most critical, which different mask types work best for different types of patients, how typical insurance plans work on all of this. When I told the mask provider Greg's comments, they sent me a new mask, billing my insurance company. (Greg had also offered to speak with the provider but that proved to be unnecessary after I cited Greg's comments to them.) I think all patients should have a follow up meeting with someone like Greg after using the CPAP for six weeks.....regardless of whether any insurance compliance requriement exists.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
