I felt Gregory Cook was excellent. He was thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable and genuinely cared. He listened to all of my input, he was clear and easy to understand. He devised a plan forward based on the evidence he saw and heard. He made sure I understood everything he said, and what I needed to do for follow up. He was just excellent.
