Mayo is a kind and gentle soul. He listens attentively, responds appropriately, takes time with his patients (I do not feel rushed), and he educates. He is intelligent and patient. I respect his knowledge and because of this, I follow his recommendations. He is down to earth, easy to confide in, and friendly. He is an amazing person that I completely respect.
