Dr. Dietzen was fantastic! My toddler has become nervous in medical settings due to frequent experiences. Dr. Dietzen immediately picked up on that and kept his distance but positively engaged with her. In just a few minutes, my daughter was smiling and laughing with him. He even made the physical exam fun and comfortable for her, letting her dance to her musical toy. My husband said he is the first doctor that went out of his way to make our child comfortable and spoke TO her even though she is young, not just us. Dr. Dietzen was very supportive and informative to my husband and me. We know he will be an incredible part of our daughter's care team as we navigate her rare genetic condition!
