Listened attentively, respected my request for the 'process' to go out of order of checking Rx before dilation since the last NWM visit gave me a totally inaccurate Rx - costing me a pair of glasses and a follow up appt. Monika was a rock star - and she personally stayed w/ me the whole journey until dr. hand off.

She was my ophthalmologist when she was in private practice and is extremely knowledgeable about eye care and is very interested in what is best for the patient. Although I appreciate the efficiency of going thru the somewhat impersonal NM vision evaluation process, it is comforting to know that Dr. Velotta is at the end of the exam to put it all together.
