The discussion turns to "what now" and are there concerns that need addressing for the future. Doesn't get more comprehensive than that.

He went over my referral and MyChart thoroughly and we discussed many potential cardiovascular issues that patients my age and demographics might experience. He made me satisfied that I had no fears when I left.

5.0 star star star star starActually a 10+ score is more accurate. Any and all questions were answered. And we appreciated that you allowed 2 visitors with the patient. Our adult son also helps with his Dad so he was there also. That meant I didn't have to explain later what was discussed.
