Kate took a great deal of time explaining my surgery in depth; even sharing new information on how the surgery was performed. Her wealth of knowledge helped me understand why I felt the pain I was experiencing- also symptoms. She additionally increased my trust regarding medical physicians as a whole. Honestly, she explained the surgery and post-op symptoms better than my surgeon. She also talked about the importance of a pain management specialist. I believe Kate genuinely cares about the long-term wellness of her patients. The visit was positive and I left feeling better than I did arriving. I really appreciate the thoroughness, time, and care that she took. I think I'll have a more confident recovery after my appointment today.

Again polite, informative, professional. Day after surgery as a patient concerned, confused and lost in the amount of pain I was dealing with I asked to speak to a Dr and it felt as though she was there immediately. Post op check up again did nothing but explain my situation showing me xrays and putting any concerns I had at ease.
