Dr. Thomas is an excellent audiologist. I never would've thought that I would get accustomed to using hearing aids, but her kind and thorough manner made me feel more confident to give them a try. This would not have been impossible without her.

Monica was friendly and very helpful, explaining the reasons for her device selections for me, narrowing the field I had to select from. Once the device arrived, we went through all the user insights we could, but were limited by the fact I could not install the device app due to my not remembering a password. It would be good to suggest the app be loaded ahead of the appointment to avoid this problem.
