It's great to see this urgent care actually have a doctor who cares. She even offered to have another person in the room while we were doing vaginal exam. Which I declined because I felt safe with her. She's kind and I actually felt she wanted to help. Even though I left with no resolution. I do appreciate her and thank you.

I felt that Dr. Babino listened to my concerns and was kind. She did not talk down to me like some doctors do. I appreciate her sharing her thought process on treatment plan for the injury and for discussing medications with me. In past I have had to remind doctors of my allergy to a specific medication and she read the chart and talked with me about why she was prescribing the medication she chose.
