Dr. Carlins made sure I understood what was wrong with me. Unfortunately he could not help me and explained why. I'm giving him a 10 because and found me someone who could help me. He could have just said that he couldn't help me. He made sure when I left I had the name and number of someone of who could help me. That office called me on my way home has already arranged an appointment.
