This Dr. is at another level, not your typical urgent care experience. She asked all the pertinent questions, and to my surprise, took actual handwritten notes during a detailed conversation about my symptoms / diagnosis. I was treated more like a long time patient, not a one and done visit.

This Dr is amazing! Caring, proactive, empathetic, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, astute, hears what you have to say, super friendly, positive, energetic and personable. She told me about her experience having back surgery that I feared after getting injured at work. She related to my feelings and provided a conservative plan with a referral should I need one.

She is intelligent, holistic and a great listener! The only M.D., ever to recommend a probiotic with an antibiotic immediately. I had CDIF many years ago due to intense antibiotics and no one ever said probiotic. That would have been so helpful, as I acquired CDIF DUE to the antibiotic and NO probiotic.

Dr Orkiszewska was kind, understanding, compassionate, thorough, and best of all, had a game plan for how to get my kids to cooperate so we could speak and she could examine me with minimal interruptions from them. She listened to me thoroughly and made her recommendations and still got us in and out.

Dr. Orkiszewska was very thorough, informative, professional and kind! I know she is VERY busy working at an urgent care with all the illnesses going around, but she took the time to call me with results and recommendations. My daughter mentioned *three times* later that evening about how nice the doctor was and how much she liked the doctor - "and she has a nine year old like me!" I can't say enough good things about Dr. Orkiszewska!! What a gem you have there at the Glen Ellyn urgent care. Treat her well!
