She is professional. She gets that listening to the patient is Key! She listens and clarifies what I am saying to make sure we are both clear. She lays out my options moving forward, what to look for and what to do. She has also consistently give me my injections that have given me great relief far better than any other physician. She really works with her patients. A true gem. Northwestern has some fine people working for them and I always appreciate it and like to single them out when they should be recognized.
