5.0 star star star star starAlicia Guidry is an outstanding physical therapist. She is highly knowledgeable and experienced, as well as very compassionate and patient-focused. Alicia listens very carefully to make sure she thoroughly understands my issues and then develops an assessment and plan of action. She explains things clearly and really motivates me to follow the PT exercise program she has developed for me.

5.0 star star star star starAlicia Guidry is outstanding. While going through a multi-month physical therapy program, she has thoroughly assessed my issues and she has continually fine-tuned her approach in addressing them. Because of her excellent skills, I am more knowledgeable about what I need to and can do with exercises that can improve my situation. I also feel motivated to do the exercises because of this.

5.0 star star star star starI imagine that pelvic floor therapy could be awkward if the therapist wasn't as good as Alicia. She immediately put me at ease, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, and I really look forward to working with her in the coming months.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
