I just had the most incredible experience with my Physician Assistant during my bariatric consult today. From the moment she walked into the room, she made me feel truly heard and understood. She practiced active listening in a way that felt so genuine_acknowledging my concerns, validating my feelings, and providing thoughtful, informative responses that put my mind at ease. Walking into the appointment, I was extremely anxious about my second procedure. However, by the time I left, I felt the most supported I've ever been by this team in all the years I've worked with them. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, ensured I had all the information I needed, and, most importantly, made me feel confident in my next steps. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to patient care are truly remarkable. She is a wonderful asset to this team, and I am so grateful for the care and reassurance she provided today.
