She took the time to carefully review my medical history, listen to my concerns, and clearly explain the next steps in my care. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and I appreciated how thoughtfully she discussed both medical and surgical options while making sure I understood the plan moving forward. 5.0 star star star star starLauren is friendly and encouraging, even though I gained some weight ; she was not judgmental, which I experienced over the years before coming to NW Bariatric. She offered options on medications to "tweak" my care and had no problem with my questions. I felt like I was listened to.

5.0 star star star star starLauren is amazing - she listens attentively and is compassionate and understanding. She really tries to find solutions especially when it comes to dealing with insurance companies and their unwillingness to cover weight loss drugs. She never rushes through the appointments and she doesn't let me make excuses if I haven't been following her advice or recommendations on what to do to increase my weight loss. She is definitely an asset to the practice.

5.0 star star star star starShe was kind and listened to what I had to say, then made her recommendations based on the info she learned from me. She also talked through different options and why they might not be the right choice.

5.0 star star star star starI saw Lauren at the Weight Center for the first time today. She was an an absolute angel. I was terribly anxious about coming in because I actually gained weight since my last visit. Lauren listened with her ears and heart to the serious asthma difficulties I've experienced over the last few months as well as a change in a mental health medication that led to a terrible period of withdrawal. Lauren could NOT have been any more compassionate. She calmly talked with me about these situations and helped me set up a plan to move forward, including possibly switching to Mounjaro. I left her office feeling comfortable and confident about our plan. Bless you, Lauren!!!

Even before all my lab results came back, she took the time to understand my health history, validate my concerns, and show real empathy.
