5.0 star star star star starThe main reason is that she takes the time to listen. She asks if there are any questions, issues, or concerns that you want to bring up. I usually have notes on my phone or on a sheet of paper that I bring to my appointments. Also, she does not judge or push you into doing anything unless you are comfortable with the idea. I am proud to have Dr. Butler as my primary care provider.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Butler has been extremely accommodating, my past and upcoming surgeries required quick review and approvals, and Dr Butler and her staff we're able to get me in and approved on a moments notice. This was a big relief and helped calm the stress of surgery

5.0 star star star star starThis was my first time meeting with Dr. Butler as I was transferring my care to a new primary. She spent time with me, answered questions, and took time to understand me as a person, not just a patient.

5.0 star star star star starShe has been my primary care physician for years. She's very easy to talk with and is very thorough. A few years back I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had her nurse contact me within an hour after the breast cancer center had called me confirming my cancer diagnosis.

5.0 star star star star starI'm so glad that I went to Dr. Butler for my physical. I was recommended to her by a family member who is also a patient of hers. The appointment was not rushed, she was thorough, warm, and not pushy. Dr. Butler was respectful and listened to everything I had to say from my notes first before moving forward in the physical. On the theme of not being pushy, the questions of how do you feel about this and is that something you would want to do really made me feel comfortable and at ease. Going forward, Dr. Butler will be my new primary care provider and I'm proud to be able to make appointments to see her and to work with her to help get me in the right direction with my health.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Butler was friend, professional and thorough in her examination. She posed questions regarding my current health. She was not concerned with my current health but wanted to ensure my long term health care.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
