Listens well and understands my symptoms the first time when I explain them. Answers my questions fully. Helpful with treatment suggestions and willing and able to discuss my concerns with various treatment directions. Doesn't waste time with idiotic small talk but also doesn't seem rushed. Focuses on the patient during the appointment. Delt with insurance inquiry quickly.
