The short 'criteria', above, is satisfied (and more) during our visits. Dr. Bir either has a perfect memory, or takes the time and care to review previous contact and include items and thoughts from those visits and incorporates results of labs and tests (and interpretive diagnoses or thoughts). And then asks about other relevant concerns (home computer issues not appropriate so I have no comment in that department..........)
